Jogging : Why it is so important?

Jogging is considered to be the best way to stay fit. The effect of jogging can be seen on each and every part of the body. Everyone can jog, weather it is a 60 year old man or a kid.
How does jogging helps to stay fit?
When a person jogs, the breathing pattern changes. Breathing is a very important part of any exercise. Jogging makes you breathe faster and hence this improves the efficiency of blood to travel through your body. This improves your blood circulation, improved blood circulation also circulates ample of oxygen to your muscles and helps them to get stronger.
Morning is considered the best time to jog. Morning jog helps in loosing weight. In the morning blood sugar levels are low. So, to get energy(for jogging) body has to burn stored fat. Moreover it also helps to kick start the metabolism.
